Each September we take on board a selection of high calibre grads to join our family. You’ll spend your first three months learning the tricks of the trade with a selection of our best coaches. You’ll acquire a whole heap of skills from classroom learning and work based experience. We’ll support you throughout your graduate scheme with a network of mentors, senior managers and coaches to make sure we get the best out of your abilities and to make sure you enjoy being a part of Spencer as much as we do. After your graduate development program is complete you can expect a managerial position in any one of our teams nationwide.
What are we looking for: Graduates who have achieved or are on track to achieve a 2:1 hons. degree in any discipline. An ability to tell a few good jokes could also be advantageous. We look for team players who are self-starters and don’t take themselves too seriously.

Salary & Benefits: £25000 starting salary with a £2000 golden hello, plus a brand new fully expensed company car. You’ll also be entitled to our private healthcare scheme.
