The Spencer mechanical and electrical team contributes and compliments our goal of streamlined delivery. Our in house capability ensures that the M&E work is an integral part right from the start to ensure 'no nasty surprises.'
Our teams are encouraged to add value and apply creative technologies to 'future proof' the design. The teams demonstrate this by applying modern technologies to the signalling control centres achieving a BREEAM rating of 'very good' - thought to be the best possible in an operationally critical facility.
