Want to know what a career with Spencer’s is really like? We feel the best way to get to know us as a company is to join us for work experience or a work placement. Our work experience and placement programs can last as short as 1 week and as long as 1 year and can be paid or unpaid depending on the length of placement. Whether you are still at school or looking for somewhere to spend your sandwich year from university we invite you to join our family. We have locations around the country and placements at different times of year for you to learn and develop with us.

We aim to provide you with a good range of activities and a chance to acquire and demonstrate a range of skill sets. A personal mentor and coach will guide you through the work and is on hand to answer any questions you have about a career in your chosen field.
